Returns

We strive to make pieces that you will love and adore, but for any reason, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, The Carat Lab offers a free 30-day return policy to all our customers. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of the purchase and be in its original out-of-box condition to qualify for a return. Any item that is not returned back in its original condition and has signs of wear and tear (e.g. chips, dents, and scratches) will not qualify for a return. Since each item at The Carat Lab is made-to-order, we do hold the right to limit returns to one product per three months to maintain fairness to all parties involved.
The Carat Lab will pay for the cost of return shipping and insurance using a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions on how to prepare your return. In order to start your return process, click here.

 

 

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, The Carat Lab will inspect the item for return approval. Once, the item has been verified and approved, the return process will begin. The return process can take up to 7 business days from receipt. The Carat Lab will issue a refund for the original price for purchase and the same payment method.
